Thank you so much for the incredibly generous response we’ve seen so far to the many needs in the Houston area!

We have a team on the ground from our ASW Collective who are working with Bayou City Fellowship Church in Houston helping rescue stranded individuals, serving, and continuing to assess needs.

Here are some IMMEDIATE ACTION STEPS to take:

1. BRING SUPPLIES TO COLLECTIVE TONIGHT!

We are in immediate need of the following items to send to Houston. You can bring these to our Worship Collective tonight at the For the City Center at 7pm. We will have a coordinated drop-off station for these items. $50 HEB gift cards are also a great, effective way to help.

For Demo:

  • Scoop shovels
  • Drywall saws
  • Power saws
  • Reciprocating saws
  • Pry bars
  • Crow bars
  • Trash bags (lawn size, super duty strength)
  • Hammers
  • Chalk lines (to mark the dry-wall cut)
  • Dust masks
  • Leather gloves
  • Safety glasses
  • Utility knives
  • Wheelbarrows

For Clean Up:

  • Trash bags (lawn size, super duty strength)
  • Bleach
  • Sprayers (pump type to spray floors with water / bleach to limit mold)
  • Wet vacs
  • Paper towels
  • Water bottles
  • Brooms
  • Dehumidifiers
  • Barn fans
  • Push brooms
  • Regular brooms and dust pans
  • Squeegees
